Pokémon Card Shop: Refund and Exchange Policy

At our Pokémon Card Shop, we are dedicated to fostering a fair and transparent marketplace for all collectors and enthusiasts. Due to the unique nature of the collectible trading card game market, particularly concerning authenticity, market volatility, and the sealed nature of many products, we uphold a strict policy regarding refunds and exchanges.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for any products purchased from our shop. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes), single cards, accessories, and graded cards.

Upholding Hobby Integrity and Fairness

This stringent policy is essential to maintain the integrity of the Pokémon card hobby and ensure fairness when purchasing products for all our valued customers. The reasons underpinning this policy include:

•Authenticity and Condition: The secondary market for collectible cards is highly susceptible to counterfeiting and tampering. Allowing returns could introduce counterfeit products or cards of compromised condition back into our inventory, inadvertently affecting the authenticity and value for future buyers.

•Market Volatility: The value of Pokémon cards can fluctuate rapidly based on market demand, rarity, and other external factors. A no-refund policy prevents speculative purchases and returns based on market shifts, ensuring a stable and equitable trading environment.

•Sealed Product Integrity: For sealed products, once opened, their value and collectibility are significantly altered. Our policy ensures that all customers receive genuine, untampered sealed products.

•Fairness to All Buyers: By implementing a strict no-refund policy, we ensure that every customer receives products that have not been previously returned or potentially handled in a way that could diminish their value or authenticity. This creates a level playing field and builds trust within our community.

Product Discrepancies and Shipping Issues

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct and undamaged items you ordered. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during transit (prior to opening), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review such cases on an individual basis to address the discrepancy or damage.
