Welcome to our Pokémon Card Shop! We’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your card-collecting needs. We understand the excitement of receiving new cards, and we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and swiftly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your Pokémon cards to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. All cards are protected with sleeves, top loaders, and/or bubble mailers, and shipped in sturdy packaging.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or DM us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
